WHAT IS KAMPWATER'S SALES PROCESS ?

The client reaches out to us or we follow up

We find out from the client what their requirement is? This process could involve several interactions till we get to the final requirement or need.

Once we have the final requirement we then quote based on that requirement. We also provide a basic Project Schedule with that quote.

Once the quote is accepted we finalise contracts and or agreements and start with Engineering & Procurement.

The Manufacturing or Construction process then comes in and the solution is manufactured.

The client stays connected to the project through a "live" project management platform and is informed weekly on the progress of the project.

As the project nears completion the client is made aware of final delivery & associated timelines.

The Solution is shipped to the client and our commissioning team arrives on site to install and commission the solution.

Kampwater does a project close out and begins client handover training or our Maintenance Team is called in to provide a dedicated operate and maintain solution.
DO WE SERVICE RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS?
Yes we do. Kampwater started off as a residential business and grew into Industrial works. We have a very strong base of residential clients that we still service today. Our residential clients has grown over two and a half thousand clients over the last fifteen years in the Western Cape.


Kampwater has been the agents for Berson & Hanovia for more than five years. Kampwater has completed many projects throughout the Western Cape especially through Municipalities. We have a dedicated team that is able to assist with Engineering, Procurement and Installation of these specialised units.
