Industry:Hospitals / Health Care

Project Overview

Kampwater achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing a comprehensive water treatment project for St George Hospital. The project involved several crucial components aimed at ensuring a sustainable and reliable water supply for the hospital. First and foremost, borehole drilling & rehabilitation of an existing borehole was conducted to tap into underground water sources, complemented by thorough geohydrological assessments to understand the aquifer dynamics.

Project Solution

To enhance the quality of the extracted water, Kampwater installed a state-of-the-art containerized reverse osmosis water purification plant. This advanced system employs a process to filter impurities, providing a clean and safe water source for a healthcare facility. Additionally, the project included securing water use licensing, addressing the legal and regulatory aspects essential for the operation of the water supply system. The successful implementation also encompassed civil work to establish the necessary infrastructure and electrical work to ensure the efficient functioning of the water treatment facilities.

The recovery of the system is 70%
