Project Overview

By successfully completing a thorough water purification project for Netcare Akeso, Kampwater reached a key milestone. The project included numerous critical components aimed at securing the hospital’s long-term and dependable water supply. To begin, borehole drilling were carried out in order to tap into underground water sources, which were supplemented by extensive geohydrological investigations to better understand aquifer dynamics.

Kampwater installed a cutting-edge containerized reverse osmosis water purification facility to improve the quality of the extracted water. This technology employs a filtering process to provide a clean and safe water source for a healthcare center. The project also includes obtaining water use licensing and addressing the legal and regulatory aspects required for the operation of the water delivery system.

The recovery rate of the system is 80%
