Kampwater successfully completed a turn-key water treatment project for Netcare Greenacres. The project began with geohydrological assessments, followed by the drilling and development of two boreholes to secure a reliable water source. Borehole monitoring is in place to ensure the sustainability of the aquifer over time. Kampwater designed and installed a 9kL per hour water treatment system that includes sediment removal and reverse osmosis (RO) to provide high-quality water suitable for the facility’s operations. Additionally, chlorine dioxide is being dosed to ensure effective disinfection. Chlorine dioxide is highly effective in eliminating harmful pathogens and biofilm, and it does not form harmful by-products, making it an ideal choice for water treatment.
