Project Overview

Kampwater successfully delivered a turn-key water treatment solution for Remkor, aimed at providing ultra-clean water to support their steel manufacturing operations. The project involved the drilling and development of a single borehole, ensuring a reliable water source to minimize downtime due to water shortages.

Kampwater designed and installed a 3kL per hour water treatment system that features reverse osmosis (RO) for the production of ultra-clean water, essential for the steel industry. Additionally, we implemented a control system for automatic switchover to municipal water, ensuring seamless operation in case of borehole limitations.

To enhance system efficiency, we also supplied an online monitoring system that tracks the water levels of the borehole, process and clean water tanks, along with real-time water quality monitoring. This solution guarantees that Remkor maintains a continuous, high-quality water supply, minimizing operational interruptions and maximizing productivity.
