Kampwater’s Design and Manufacturing team have recently completed the installation and commissioning of yet another successful water treatment plant to provide potable water directly into their Hospital.  The client’s objectives were to meet the drought threat and become self-sufficient in water management and water supply.  The solution was met by way of slow-bed AFM filtration followed by reverse osmosis, remineralisation and chlorine dioxide dosing.  The water treatment plant will operate continuously under full automation, via a PLC to provide safe and efficient plant operation with minimised operator intervention. 


Kampwater has included design features to ensure low energy usage and minimum operating costs are achieved without compromise to product purity or recovery.  In addition to the above, Kamp Control Technologies provided 24/7 online live monitoring services.  The client is directly connected to their profile online and is able to track water qualities, usage and available water reserves at the click of a button.

Kampwater has included design features to ensure low energy usage such as reuse of process water to further optimize plant efficiency and recovery while maintaining minimum operating costs without compromising product purity. The system now produces more water than they were previously able to access, allowing them to upgrade and increase their production lines.  No dedicated online remote monitoring services on this project were installed.
